Our Delivery Policy

Please read and understand our Delivery Policy, before placing an order. Your item will typically be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.

Our goods are perishable and will remain chilled for up to 36 hours from leaving us at on the overnight service. Your product can be delivered to work, to a neighbour or to you in person if you are home. If you prefer your goods to be sent to an alternative delivery address, please state when ordering via PayPal or simply email us to let us know.

Please place your orders at least 2 days before your required delivery date. For example if you would like a delivery on Friday, please order by the Wednesday. After this, we will try our best to ensure your order reaches you in good time, however, we cannot guarantee delivery on your requested date and will let you know when we can get your goods to you.


We endeavour to charge a fair and honest postage.


Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of placing an order. Expect delivery next working day, although we cannot be held accountable for the goods once they have left us and Royal Mail’s handling of your product. You will receive an email once the goods have been despatched.

We only send orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery™, if this option was selected when ordering (This feature is coming soon, please email us prior to ordering if you wish to choose this option). Your order must be signed upon receipt. Please ensure that there is somebody at your delivery address to sign for the delivery, otherwise, your package will be held by Royal Mail at your local sorting office, awaiting your collection. Orders over 2kg, may incur additional costs, we shall email you if this is the case.

Highlands and Islands

Please be aware that the Royal Mail may take longer to deliver to you, if you are resident in the Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, or, the Isle of Man so you may be best choosing the Royal Mail Special Delivery option when ordering.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless the goods are faulty or damaged. We aim to respond to all queries and complaints within 2-3 working days.
